2007: Douce-Hydro GmbH founded in Germany
2008: Acquisition of Jarret Structures
In July 2008, Douce-Hydro acquired the Jarret Structures brand and patents in the field of earthquake and civil engineering dampers, continuing its product line.
Jarret Structures offers a wide range of patented shock absorbers, and its extensive software design, testing and simulation capabilities enable it to create special products to meet the complex and unique requirements of shock absorption applications. Thanks to its in-house research efforts and research programs carried out in partnership with leading universities worldwide, Jarret Structures is able to offer technically innovative and economically viable solutions to most shock absorption problems.
2009: 40% increase in production capacity

2012: Douce-Hydro moves to Romania: creation of an industrial site to expand manufacturing capacity.
